How We Review Our Listings

1. Manual Vetting

We review all lawyer and law firm profiles manually before publishing. Our review process includes:

  • Verifying the lawyer is licensed and in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario
  • Reviewing the firm’s practice areas, website, and contact information
  • Confirming they offer legal services in Toronto or the surrounding areas
  • We do not accept self-submitted listings without verification.

2. Quality Over Quantity

We focus on curating a smaller, high-quality list of lawyers who specialize in employment and labour law. This makes it easier for users to find what they’re looking for without being overwhelmed by too many choices.

  • Listings are selected based on factors such as:
  • Practice focus
  • Years of experience
  • Online presence and reputation
  • Clarity of services offered

3. Featured Listings

From time to time, we feature a select firm at the top of our directory. Featured listings are chosen editorially and reflect firms that have demonstrated strong credentials, client satisfaction, and a consistent focus in their area of practice.

Featured status cannot be purchased and is not guaranteed.

4. Ongoing Monitoring

We periodically review all listings to ensure information is current and accurate. If we receive a report about a listed firm — such as outdated contact info or professional concerns — we investigate and update or remove the listing as needed.

If you’d like to suggest a correction or removal, please contact us.

Our Mission

Our goal is to make it easier for individuals in Toronto to connect with legal professionals they can trust. We’re not affiliated with any law firm, and we don’t display paid ads. We aim to keep things simple, useful, and transparent.
